The noise program within BCDHS involves responding to citizen complaints and supplying support for local enforcement of Noise Ordinances.  When noise complaints are received, they are investigated to confirm that a violation of the State Noise Regulations exist, and then every effort is made to alleviate the problem.

Exemptions : Trains, planes, road noise, fire signals, church bells during services
