The BCDHS is working with the NJDEP to carry out inspections of regulated utilizing underground storage tanks, i.e. gas stations.  These tank inspections are directed towards fostering facility compliance with the technical regulations for upgrades and operations.  Technical assistance with the closure of residential underground heating oil tanks that have been reported to leak is also provided.
