The Clinic is for the CDC priority groups listed below:
Pregnant women
Household contacts and caregivers of infants less than 6 months of age
Children/ young adults 6 months to 24 years of age
Adults 25 - 64 with chronic medical conditions
Children 9 years of age and under needing a second vaccination
Health Care and Emergency Medical Services Personnel
For further information regarding priority groups, please visit the CDC.

Preregistration is required in order to receive an H1N1 Vaccine.
Walk-ins will not be vaccinated.

Injectable vaccines (the H1N1 Shot) will be given from 4:30 P.M. - 7:30 P.M.

The FluMist vaccine will be given from 7:30 P.M. - 8:30 P.M.

The following information is also important:
Registration for this clinic will be closed after 2,000 approved registrations have been completed. Only persons who have pre-registered will be vaccinated.
Do not arrive before 4:30 when the clinic opens. There will be no entrance to the parking lot or the clinic until that time.
All people who receive their first vaccination will have to stay for 15 minutes after they receive the vaccination for observation.
