:The FSO is staffed by parents/caregivers of children with emotional/behavioral challenges. It provides face-to-face peer support by trained parent support partners, conducts peer support groups, educational programs, and more. A Youth Leadership program for young people is also under its auspices.

CAPE Special Services Resource: Bergen County Special Services CAPE Resource Center serves as a central point of contact for guidance and connection to accessible and appropriate resources for individuals wth disabilities from infancy through adulthood.
