Subsidized Pharmaceutical Program
Who's Eligible?
To be eligible, clients must be actively engaged in services at one of the community mental health agencies. The plan services only clients who have no other source of aid and demonstrate indigence.
How to apply?
The pharmacy coordinator at the mental health agency will screen a client for financial eligibility for the program.
How Long Does the Coverage Last?
Enrollment in the program is valid for a period of three months. With justification, renewal past the three month time period is possible with a program maximum enrollment of one year.
What's Covered
Coverage is for psychotropic medications only. Prescriptions are to be written by an agency staff psychiatrist.
