The Bergen County Alliance Steering Subcommittee (CASS) is a subcommittee of the Local Advisory Committee on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (LACADA). CASS oversees the development and submission of a County Alliance Plan for the expenditure of funds derived from the Drug Enforcement and Demand Reduction Fund (DEDR) and identifies a network of community leadership for the expansion, replication and development of a successful community model throughout the county. Meetings are open to the public.
